Hengeler Mueller advises Bosch on the acquisition of Arioso Systems

Bosch is expanding its expertise in MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems). Arioso Systems, based in Dresden, Germany, is to become part of the Bosch Sensortec GmbH. Bosch and Arioso Systems entered into a binding agreement. Arioso Systems emerged from the Fraunhofer Institute for Photonic Microsystems and research activities at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg in 2019 and is one of the most innovative providers of MEMS micro speaker technology. The acquisition is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities. 

Hengeler Mueller advised Bosch on the transaction.
