Siemens Mobility has signed an agreement to acquire several key businesses of MERMEC Group, an Italian high-tech leader in railway signaling, electrification, diagnostics, and measurement technologies.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected by the end of calendar year 2026.
