Sebastian Schneider and Jens Wenzel appointed new co-managing partners at Hengeler Mueller

With the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of United Internet AG resolved to launch a new share buyback program. The total volume of the program amounts to up to EUR 160 million. The program is to be launched in August 2021 and will run no longer than until 30 April 2022.
Hengeler Mueller advises United Internet on the share buyback program. The team includes partners Lucina Berger and Wolfgang Groß as well as associate Mauritz Rogier (all Corporate, Frankfurt).
