Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG (W&W) is applying for its shares to be listed on the ‘Scale’ over-the-counter segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and, concurrently, for the delisting of its shares from the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) and the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. The move from the regulated market to the ‘Scale’ over-the-counter segment will enable W&W to significantly reduce its regulatory and administrative burden. The company expects the change to take effect on 6 October 2026.
On the part of W&W, the transaction is legally handled by Margret Obladen, Maximilian Hellermann and Stefan Uhlig.
Project management was led by Rüdiger Fritz and Timothy Earnshaw.
Hengeler Mueller advised W&W comprehensively on the transition to the Scale segment.
