The shareholder of Schlafender Hase GmbH ("Schlafender Hase", the "Company"), a leading provider of deterministic proofreading software for the pharmaceutical industry and, increasingly, the medical device industry, has entered into a partnership with Maguar Capital. Maguar Capital is a German technology investor specialising in small and mid-sized B2B software companies and will acquire a majority stake in Schlafender Hase. As part of the transaction, Wieland Capital and one of the Company’s co-founders as indirect shareholders will reinvest significantly and support Schlafender Hase together with Maguar Capital in its next phase of growth.
