Hengeler Mueller advises Siemens Healthineers on intra-group spin-off

Siemens Healthcare GmbH, its most important operating German subsidiary, transferred the major part of its assets to Siemens Healthineers AG. The transfer took place by way of a spin-off for absorption from Siemens Healthcare GmbH to Siemens Healthineers AG.
