Hengeler Mueller advises key shareholders of GreenDot on sale of 44% stake to Agilyx

Hengeler Mueller has advised key shareholders on the sale of a 44% stake in GreenDot Global S.à r.l. ("GreenDot"), the leading circular plastic recycling platform in Europe, and the third-largest recycling company in Germany, to Agilyx ASA ("Agilyx"). Agilyx is listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange and operates at the forefront of advanced recycling, converting post-use plastics into high-value feedstock and virgin-equivalent products.

Agilyx acquires its 44% stake for a consideration comprising cash and newly issued Agilyx shares.
