Hengeler Mueller advises FMS-WM on the sale of Ireland's DEPFA BANK plc

German state-owned winding-up institution FMS Wertmanagement (FMS-WM) sells its 100 per cent investment in Ireland’s DEPFA BANK plc to Austrian BAWAG P.S.K. Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische Postsparkasse Aktiengesellschaft. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the transaction.

The transaction is still subject to approval by supervisory and antitrust authorities.
