Hengeler Mueller advises Bosch on the sale of its vacuum and hydraulic pump business in Italy and China

Robert Bosch GmbH (Bosch) sells its vacuum and hydraulic pump business in Italy and China to the Chinese Weifu High Technology Group. The transaction comprises Vacuum and Hydraulic Product Italy (VHIT) and its Chinese subsidiary VHIT Automotive Systems Wuxi as well as certain production facilities currently operated in Brazil.

Hengeler Mueller advised Bosch on the transaction as lead counsel.
