Messenger services, new removal claim, and new criminal offenses: the government bill to combat digital violence

The European Commission approved Danfoss A/S's (Denmark) acquisition of Eaton Corporation plc's global hydraulics business (headquartered in the US). The deal had been signed in January 2020. The approval followed an in-depth investigation (so-called "phase 2") and Danfoss' agreement to certain remedies.
