Ørsted, global leader in offshore wind, is divesting its entire European onshore renewables business (wind, solar PV, BESS) to the flagship fund of Copenhagen Infrastructure partners (CIP). The total value of the transaction is EUR 1.44 billion (DKK 10.7 billion).
Completion of the transaction is expected in Q2 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
