Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on acquisition of three IT and cloud specialists

Waterland Private Equity ("Waterland") has agreed to acquire a majority stake in the three IT service providers Beck et al., binary and direkt gruppe.  Together, these three companies will form a new platform serving the rapidly growing market of managed enterprise clouds. The new group will offer a wide range of end-to-end solutions in the areas of private cloud and public cloud in the DACH region and thus support companies in the digitalisation of business processes and on their journey to the cloud. Waterland is acquiring the stakes from the respective founders of the three companies, all of whom will reinvest significantly into the new group and remain on board in management positions.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Waterland on all three transactions.
