Hengeler Mueller advises Valmet on the acquisition of EWK Umwelttechnik

Finish Valmet Oyj, a leading global developer and supplier of process technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries, has entered into an agreement on the acquisition of EWK Umwelttechnik GmbH. EWK, founded in 1868, is a German provider of emission control technologies. The acquisition complements Valmet’s customer offering in environmental technologies and related services.

Hengeler Mueller advised Valmet on the transaction.
