Hengeler Mueller advises Trill Impact on acquisition of majority stake in Meona Group and i-SOLUTIONS

Funds advised by Trill Impact acquired a majority stake in Meona from private equity firm EMERAM Capital Partners. Together with its Belgian subsidiary E.care, the Meona Group is a provider of software solutions, which support workflows and typical requirements in today’s clinical daily routine. The purchase price is subject to confidentiality.

Furthermore, Funds advised by Trill Impact acquired a majority stake in i-SOLUTIONS, an IT provider in the healthcare market with solutions to enable patient management and accounting in clinics, labs and radiology practices. The transaction is subject to merger control clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office.

Together with Trill Impact, Meona Group plans its merger with i-SOLUTIONS, which is to be completed promptly after the merger control clearance.
