Hengeler Mueller advises Schneider Electric on the sale of EBERLE Controls

Schneider Electric has completed the sale of EBERLE Controls GmbH (EBERLE) to EBERLE's management and Borromin Capital Fund IV. EBERLE is a German provider of heating and air conditioning solutions for residential, commercial and public buildings.

Hengeler Mueller advised Schneider Electric on the transaction.
