Hengeler Mueller advises Schneider Electric on acquisition of RIB

On 13 February 2020 Schneider Electric announced its intention to launch a public tender offer to the shareholders of RIB Software SE (RIB). RIB creates, develops and offers digital technologies for construction enterprises and projects across various industries worldwide. The terms of the offer value the target company at a total of approx. EUR 1.4bn.

Hengeler Mueller advises Schneider Electric on the transaction.
