Hengeler Mueller advises Knorr-Bremse on IPO

Knorr-Bremse AG is preparing an initial public offering (IPO) and listing of its shares on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard). The IPO is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018, subject to market conditions. It is expected to consist only of the sale of existing shares indirectly held by the majority shareholder Heinz Hermann Thiele and his family, who will retain a majority stake in Knorr-Bremse following the completion of the IPO.
