Hengeler Mueller advises Klépierre on the sale of Boulevard Berlin majority

Klépierre, a European leader in shopping malls, has closed the sale of its 95 per cent stake in Boulevard Berlin. The Berlin shopping centre comprises c. 100 retail units, anchored by retailers like Karstadt, H&M, Zara and Media Saturn as well as grocery chains Edeka and Karstadt Perfetto. Klépierre will continue to serve as facility and property manager of the shopping centre.

Hengeler Mueller advised Klépierre on the transaction.
