Hengeler Mueller advises Horn & Company on merger with ConMoto

The top management consultancy Horn & Company, in which Waterland Private Equity holds a stake, and the consultancy ConMoto Strategie & Realisierung, based in Munich, Stuttgart and the USA, are joining forces. With their expertise in operations, supply chain and procurement, ConMoto's approximately 90 consultants will expand Horn & Company's industrial expertise. The company thus grows to around 250 consultants and a turnover of EUR 74 million.

Hengeler Mueller had already advised both Waterland Private Equity in 2021 on the establishment of the 50/50 partnership with Horn & Company to create a new growth platform for medium-sized consulting firms and Horn & Company in March 2023 on the acquisition of GEM Consulting GmbH, Switzerland.

Hengeler Mueller advised Horn & Company comprehensively on the merger.
