Hengeler Mueller advises Germanischer Lloyd on hostile takeover

Germanischer Lloyd AG has rejected a takeover offer by its competitor Bureau Veritas.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Germanischer Lloyd on the takeover and possible alternative strategies. Advice is being provided by partners Wolfgang Grobecker, Maximilian Schiessl (both Corporate/M&A) and Christoph Stadler (Competition) in addition to associates Stephanie Bermig, Verena Gattineau, Kai-Michael König and Nicolas Kredel.
