Hengeler Mueller advises Novonesis in the context of the acquisition of dsm-firmenich's share of the Feed Enzyme Alliance

Novonesis has entered into an agreement with dsm-firmenich to dissolve the Feed Enzyme Alliance and purchase its sales and distribution activities in exchange for a total cash consideration of EUR 1.5 billion. The transaction follows more than 25 years of successful collaboration between the parties. The acquisition aligns with Novonesis' strategic ambitions to expand its presence across the animal biosolutions value chain.
