Hengeler Mueller advises family shareholders of Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. on placement of shares by way of accelerated bookbuilding

The family shareholders of Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. have decreased their holding in Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. by placement of around 13.9 million shares to around 72% (of which approximately 60% are bound to a pool). The transaction was carried out by an international private placement to institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. Bankhaus Lampe and Deutsche Bank acted as bookrunners. As a result of the transaction, the free float of Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. will increase to approximately 28%.
