Berlin-based start-up HeyJobs has raised EUR 35 million from investors. The Series B financing round was led by growth equity investor Digital+ and FMZ ventures. HeyJobs matches talent and employers across 100 different professions using AI. The start-up supports over 2,500 clients worldwide in their recruitment efforts.
Hengeler Mueller advised Digital+ on the transaction. The team was led by partner Emanuel Strehle (M&A/VC, Munich) and included associates Johannes Schmidt (M&A, Munich), Selina Rohr (Employment, Frankfurt) and Carsten Bormann (Public Law, Düsseldorf).
