Hengeler Mueller advises Deutsche Bank on USD 1 billion bond issuance by Henkel US Finance

On September 23, 2026, Henkel US Finance, LLC, Delaware, U.S.A., issued two tranches of bonds unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Düsseldorf, Germany. Each of the tranches had a principal amount of EUR 500 million.  One tranche came with a coupon of 3.875% p.a. and maturity in September 2029, the other tranche had a coupon of 4.250% p.a., maturing in September 2033. Both bonds have been listed on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the regulated market "Bourse de Luxembourg".

The transaction was arranged by Deutsche Bank, and the managers included BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale. Deutsche Bank acts as paying agent for the bonds.
