Hengeler Mueller advises Hella on EUR 300 million bond transaction

On September 23, 2026, HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA issued a bond with a principal amount of EUR 300 million. The bond has a maturity in September 2030 and a coupon of 5.250% p.a. The bond was admitted to trading on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The transaction was led by the joint lead managers Deutsche Bank, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg and UniCredit Bank.
