Hengeler Mueller advises BlackFin on joint venture with DWS

The private equity firm BlackFin Capital Partners acquires DWS Group's digital investment platform IKS. DWS will hold 30% in the new venture.

DWS and BlackFin have also agreed on a long-term strategic partnership to further develop the digital investment platform.

The transaction is subject to approval by the antitrust and regulatory authorities.
