Hengeler Mueller advises Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen group on the sale of Brandenburger Urstromquelle to Red Bull and Rauch

MISIPI SE (Altmühltaler Mineralbrunnen group) has entered into an agreement with Red Bull GmbH and Rauch Fruchtsäfte GmbH on the sale of Brandenburger Urstromquelle GmbH. The company operates one of the largest filling, logistics and distribution centres in Europe at its Baruth site. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
