Hengeler Mueller advised Accel on this transaction in an integrated team together with Gunderson Dettmer (Boston). The Hengeler Mueller team included partners Jens Wenzel (Berlin), Georg A. Frowein (Frankfurt) (both M&A/Venture Capital) and Jan D. Bonhage (Public Law) as well as associates Clemens Höhn, Alexander Orlowski (both M&A/Venture Capital), Anton O.
