Hengeler Mueller advises Echobot shareholders on merger with Leadfeeder

Sales intelligence startups Echobot Media Technologies GmbH, Karlsruhe, Germany and Leadfeeder, Helsinki, Finland announced their merger. US private equity firm Great Hill Partners has invested EUR 180m to support the merger and has committed an additional EUR 50m for the combined company to pursue strategic acquisitions. A part of Echobot's shareholders will remain invested in the merged company.
