The European Commission has concluded its cartel proceedings and issued its decision against six producers of automotive thermal system products on 8 March 2017. Calsonic Kansei cooperated with the European Commission in its investigation.
Hengeler Mueller represented Calsonic Kansei Corporation in the cartel proceedings before the European Commission. The Hengeler Mueller team was led by Hans-Jörg Niemeyer and Markus Röhrig and included associates Hannah Ehlers, Ralf Willer, Christian Kovács and Laura Stoicescu (all Antitrust, Brussels).
