Hengeler Mueller advises NGK INSULATORS on acquisition of KNM (Borsig Group)

NGK INSULATORS LTD., a global leader in ceramic technology, has agreed to acquire all shares of Deutsche KNM GmbH, the holding company of Borsig Group. Borsig offers customized process solutions for applications in the chemical and petrochemical, oil and gas industries as well as the power plant sector. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.

Hengeler Mueller has advised NKG Insolators together with the Japanese law firm Anderson Mori & Tomotsune (AMT) (Hiroki Kodate, partner, Tokyo).
