Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in dacoso

Waterland Private Equity (‘Waterland’) has entered into the acquisition financing to acquire a majority stake in the dacoso group, thereby completing the acquisition. The dacoso group is an IT network integrator and data security provider in the DACH region with a focus on managed services for optical networks, intelligent networks and cyber security. The debt capital to finance the acquisition was provided by Eurazeo, a leading player in the European private debt market.
