Hengeler Mueller advises Situs Asset Management on extension and restructuring of The Squaire loan

The Squaire, the office, hotel and retail complex near the Frankfurt Airport, has entered into an agreement to extend and restructure its maturing real estate loan. The loan is securitized via the CMBS transaction Taurus 2021-3 DEU DAC, and noteholders voted in favor of the extension.
