Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on the acquisition of RUF group

Waterland Private Equity ("Waterland") acquires RUF group from NORD Holding. With its two business divisions RUF|Betten and BRUNO, the group is a leading supplier of premium beds in the German market. RUF's and BRUNO’s current managements will remain with the group in their previous functions. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022, subject to customary antitrust approval.

Hengeler Mueller advised Waterland on the transaction.
