Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on partnership with Duvenbeck group

Waterland Private Equity ("Waterland") acquires a majority share in Duvenbeck group. With about 6,000 employees and annual turnover recently reaching approximately EUR 700 million, Duvenbeck is one of Europe's leading providers of transport and logistics solutions. Previous sole owner Thomas Duvenbeck will remain with the company as a key shareholder. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary antitrust approval.

Hengeler Mueller advised Waterland on the transaction.
