Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on growth partnership with MT

Waterland Private Equity enters into a partnership with MT, a leading specialist for customised IT and software systems as well as analytics solutions, acquiring a majority stake in the company. Joint objectives are increased growth and a further strengthening of the market position. In the course of the transaction, MT's existing shareholders and top managers will remain significantly invested. The top managers will continue to serve as operational management and jointly lead the company.

Hengeler Mueller advised Waterland on the transaction.
