Hengeler Mueller advises Underwriters on rights offering of Linde and hybrid bonds

Hengeler Mueller advised the underwriters on the capital increase of Linde AG with net proceeds of approximately €1.8 billion. The team was headed by partner Torsten Busch who worked with the associates Karen Christina Pelzer and Klaus Hellermann. The Joint Lead Managers Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley were also represented by in-house counsel.

Hengeler Mueller also advised the underwriters on the hybrid bonds of Linde Finance B.V. with net proceeds of approximately €1 billion. Again, partner Torsten Busch acted together with associates Karen Christina Pelzer and Klaus Hellermann. The Joint Lead Managers were also represented by in-house counsel.
