Hengeler Mueller advises Schneider Electric on acquisition of ProLeiT

Schneider Electric has signed agreements on the acquisition of ProLeiT AG. Headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany, ProLeiT is a solution provider for industrial automation, process control technology and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the Food and Beverage Industries. The closing of the transaction is subject to necessary antitrust approvals.

Hengeler Mueller advises Schneider Electric on the transaction.
