Hengeler Mueller advises Five Arrows and DBAG on acquisition of Totalmobile

Five Arrows and funds managed by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) announce the acquisition of Totalmobile, a top-tier provider of field service management software, from Bowmark Capital. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Totalmobile provides field services management software solutions to approximately 900 organisations, enabling over 500,000 mobile workers to deliver essential frontline services more efficiently across the public services, healthcare, property, facilities management, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. Since 2020, Totalmobile has trebled its revenue and profits and expanded internationally into the Nordics and Australia.
