Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft has concluded share purchase agreements for the acquisition of 15.2 million shares in United Internet AG, corresponding to approx. 7.84 % of the shares in United Internet AG. Upon consummation of the acquisition, the stake controlled by Ralph Dommermuth in United Internet AG will increase to approx. 50.10 %.
