Hengeler Mueller advises MünchenerHyp on the acquisition of M.M.Warburg & Co Hypothekenbank

Münchener Hypothekenbank e.G. (MünchenerHyp) entered into an agreement with M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien and Landeskrankenhilfe V.V.a.G. on the acquisition of M.M.Warburg & Co Hypothekenbank Aktiengesellschaft. The purchase price was not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory and antitrust approvals.
