Hengeler Mueller advises Mubea on the acquisition of RUAG's German and Hungarian aerostructures activities

Muhr und Bender KG (Mubea) has signed an agreement with RUAG International Holding AG on the acquisition of RUAG's aerostructures activities in Oberpfaffenhofen (D) and Eger (HU). Mubea with its headquarters in Attendorn, Germany, is a lightweight specialist for automotive and aerospace components.

As part of a strategic development, Mubea is taking over approx. 1,000 employees at the German production site in Oberpfaffenhofen and the Hungarian production site in Eger. Both sites will generate sales of approximately 200 million Euros in 2023.
