Hengeler Mueller advises MFE on launch of voluntary public takeover offer to increase its ownership in ProSieben

As of 26 March 2025, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. ("MFE") announced its intention to issue a voluntary public takeover offer to increase its stake in the major entertainment player in the German-speaking region, ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE ("ProSieben") with the aim to gain flexibility and optionality.

Hengeler Mueller advises MFE comprehensively on the investment in ProSieben, including the public takeover offer.
