Hengeler Mueller advises Dover on the acquisition of Witte

U.S. manufacturer and solutions provider Dover Corporation has acquired Witte Pumps & Technology GmbH, a German manufacturer of precision gear pumps. Witte, headquartered in Tornesch Germany with offices in the US and China, will become part of the Maag business unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
