Hengeler Mueller advises Komatsu on the acquisition of GHH Group

Komatsu has entered into an agreement on the acquisition GHH Group GmbH, a developer and manufacturer of vehicles for underground mining and tunneling. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Komatsu is a leading manufacturer of construction, mining, forestry, and industrial heavy equipment with operations in more than 140 countries.

Hengeler Mueller advises Komatsu on the transaction.
