Metalsa SA de CV („Metalsa“), headquartered in Mexico and part of Grupo Proeza, has entered into an agreement to sell its worldwide structural components for passenger cars division with sites in Germany, the US, Mexico, South Africa and China, to Martinrea, Canada. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
