Funds managed by Madison Capital Partners, have concluded an agreement on the sale of KraussMaffei Group, operating in production of plastics machinery, to funds managed by Onex Partners Advisors.
Hengeler Mueller has advised Madison Capital Partners in an integrated team together with the law firms Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP (USA) and Jun He (China) on this transaction.
