Hengeler Mueller advises Konecranes on divestment of STAHL CraneSystems GmbH to Columbus McKinnon

Konecranes group companies and companies of Columbus McKinnon Group have signed an agreement regarding the sale of STAHL CraneSystems GmbH (and affiliates abroad) by Konecranes to Columbus McKinnon. Konecranes Oyj is a listed engineering company specialised in industry and crane process technology based in Hyvinkää, Finnland. The divestment is subject to the approval of the EU Commission and antitrust clearance by the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt).

Hengeler Mueller advised Konecranes on the transaction.
