Hengeler Mueller advises KKR on the combination of Mediawan and LEONINE

Mediawan and LEONINE Studios (‘LEONINE’), which are both financially backed by KKR, have announced the signing of a definitive agreement for LEONINE to combine forces with Mediawan in an all-stock transaction. The combination creates one of Europe’s premier independent studios.
