Grenke AG, a global financing partner for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), has entered into an agreement with the Swiss company Teylor AG, a leading technology-driven platform for SME financing, for the gradual takeover of its factoring business.
Teylor will initially take over the factoring companies in Germany, the UK, Ireland, Poland and Hungary and aims to acquire all companies, including Italy and Portugal, in the medium term. A staggered closing process will commence shortly and is expected to be completed by mid-2026. Customary closing conditions apply.
